RETURN& EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 5 days from delivery receipt of the goods. If the allowed time has gone by since you received your order and you have not been in contact with us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us through email on ac.support@lucerneluxe.com if you require assistance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unmounted, undamaged items and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some watch straps come with tags attached to them, they are required to be still attached to the strap in order for us to accept the item through returns. We would also need to hardcopy sales invoice that was sent together with your purchase.

Our full return and exchange policy applies to orders placed only from our Atelier Chronos website.

Exchange Process: 
We will happily process a product exchange for your order as we know errors can sometimes be made when placing an order for watch straps.

1- Please email us at ac.support@lucerneluxe.com with your name, order confirmation number, date of purchase and mailing address. We would also need to have the picture of items being returned at its original condition. Any damage to the goods will not be eligible for an exchange.

2- Wait for a response to give our feedback on the next steps.

3- Send the goods back with the provided mailing address. The delivery fee of returned item is courtesy of the buyer.

4- We will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. Then, we will arrange the delivery of your new purchase. Please take note that no refunds on the price difference of the products will not be entertained. Delivery and handling fees will also be deducted from the base price.

Refund Process:

1- Please email us at ac.support@lucerneluxe.com the following: your name, order confirmation number, date of purchase and mailing address. We would also need to have the picture of items being returned at its original condition.

2- Wait for a response to give our feedback on the next steps.
3-  We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. (Please take note that the delivery fee of returned goods will be courtesy of buyers.)
4- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days. 

*If you are shipping an item over P3000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
